any personal information from you that you do not volunteer or that we don’t need
to process your orders. We are the sole owner of all information collected on this
site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way that
we have not mentioned in this statement.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
We have a NO refund, NO exchange, NO return policy in place for all cornhole sets
that we sell. We ship our cornhole sets through UPS or DHL and the buyer is responsible
for any insurance claims that may result from damaged goods or lost merchandise.
We are more than willing to provide any and all tracking information for insurance
purposes if necessary.
Orders for custom products require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation of orders
for standard products must occur prior to shipping. Cancellations must occur within
48 hours of time of purchase. Anything beyond 48 hours or after shipping must be
honored by the buyer. We do our best to deliver orders in a timely manner but reserve
the right to make minor schedule changes as necessary. We will notify you promptly
if your estimated shipping date varies by more than 48 hours.
Cornhole Bag Warranty
Our bags carry a six month warranty which takes effect at the time of the purchase.
The bag warranty only covers open seams. Damages including, but not limited to,
water (or any number of beverages), squirrels (or the like), gashes, cuts or any
normal abrasion or wear from playing surfaces are NOT covered. Bags covered by this
warranty must be returned to mycornholeplace.com for approval. Buyer is responsible
for all shipping costs. Upon approval, replacement bag(s) will be issued.
Product Disclaimer
We are not responsible, nor liable for damage, including, but not limited to property
damage, personal injury or death as a result of playing or having any contact with
our game. ATTENTION: If you are allergic to corn, please do not purchase our bags
because we use real shelled corn.
